The Listening Path™ workshops equip teams with the practical tools to elevate their empathy and emotional capabilities, transforming them into more deliberate and dynamic team members and leaders. By developing a deeper understanding of the content and context of our communications, organizations can grasp the needs of their customers, solve problems quicker, and provide a better overall experience.
Our Approach

System Based
Trained in systems thinking, EQuipt Founder & CEO Christine Miles created The Listening Path™ to transform how people in organizations communicate by building their emotional skills collectively and creating a scalable coaching culture. We infuse a shared language of communication into organizations and leave behind sustainable, empathetic cultures that drive business outcomes.
Behaviorally Driven
Our approach is influenced by the surgical training model to elicit behavioral change. We know that people learn by doing, so we designed our workshops to be highly interactive, experiential, and focused on practicing newly acquired skills and using The Listening Path™ tools. First, we tell participants what they need to know about the tools. Then, we show them how to use them. Then, participants practice (do) what they have learned. The result is a newly acquired set of skills that are easily and immediately applied in the workplace and outside of it.

Customized & High Touch
EQuipt workshops are designed to fill the gap in listening training and are customized to address your specific organizational, team, and business needs. We seek to understand your needs and goals first, then customize our approach to meet them. Our workshops are also high touch. Our listening gurus support and guide participants as they practice and learn new skills. We partner with organizations before, during, and after workshops to provide strategies and customized reinforcement programs to make sure the content sticks.
