Influenced by the surgical training model, The Listening Path™ workshops elicit behavioral change. EQuipt facilitators provide teams with the tools to listen differently by demonstrating how to apply these teachings in real world situations and then guiding attendees as they employ these tools themselves. Once armed with these tools, teams see measurable improvement in their business and personal outcomes.
